I have read the bad reviews on here about this company and have determined that most are bogus due to my own personal experience. I contacted them on Monday October 20, 2025. I explained to him what problems I was having with my stove. That evening he contacted me back with a time frame that he would show up. The next morning, he was at my door a few minutes early. I guess that people don't understand that a time window allows for unforseen problems that he may encounter on another job. Anyway, my problem was a lot more complex than just changing out a mother board or control panel. He literally tracked down a short in the unit that required basically tearing the unit apart. Hats off to him as I would have thrown it to the curb and bought a new one. Would I recommend this company to my friends and family, ABSOLUTELY. I found them to be more than competent and reasonably priced. Thank you for what you did.

I needed someone to fix my dryer and diagnose my washer and I simply googled repair services hoping for the best. I am thrilled that Jeremiah came up on that Google search and was close to my home. He did a phenomenal job on both machines. He was honest, showed up when he said he would, and both machines are working as good as they ever have if not better. Highly recommend!

My first time using this company and the service I received was awesome! He called and came earlier than the time window given saw and heard the problem and knew exactly what was wrong and the part that needed to be replaced. He was fast and knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Also tighten the screws on my oven door that I asked about. Yes I would recommend J. C.
